Job Description
Responsibilities 
- Responsible for supporting project's prioritization
- Responsible for the management, coaching, and mentoring of a small team of more junior Business Analysts.
- Leads or participates in various workshops to define and design automation solutions
- Responsible of having documents for all process requirements and flow prior and after automation using standardize documents
- Responsible of all stakeholders being well informed of the status of development requirements and scope
- Leads and/or participates in the problem identification/error resolution process
- Participates on sign-off approvals by business and/or technical staff to certify successful results of milestone deliverable(s) or phase completion, including process development and deployment
- Responsible of following project governance (project phases)
- Responsible to have the relevant reporting in place for automated solutions
- Constantly liaise with process owners to raise operational improvements and brainstorm for automation ideas
- Oversees continuous improvement and optimization on automated processes
- Conducts effective performance evaluations and mentors developers through formal and informal channels
- Offers support to Developer Lead and to Maintenance Lead, and collaborates with both to continuously improve delivery.
- University degree
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, drive for simplicity and clarity
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
- Keen to have a deeper understanding on all processes and to improve the cohesion between the teams
- Plan effectively and efficiently, with an ability to adapt to changing circumstances and deliver under pressure
