Job Description
Senior Test Engineer Responsibilities 
- Individual will be responsible for coordinating with test, design, and product engineering to develop production test plans for a variety of packaged products such as fully integrated UWB SOCs and RF Front End Modules
- This will include defining RF and DC measurement methodologies to test the required parameters in an accurate and timely manner, in a high volume test environment
- Develop test software primarily on DMDX and LTX PAx ATE systems, utilizing custom Loadboards/Lego Cards and Test Fixtures
- Evaluate performance over temperature for qualification activities
- Generate documentation of test and calibration procedures, and compile GR&R/ANOVA studies to ensure production test results are within allowable limits
- Provide support to multiple test sites for prototype and production testing
- Practice LEAN and lead improvement action plans(A3)
- Self-starter that can effectively drive complex projects to closure
- Extensive project level software development experience in Python, C, C#, C++
- Proficient with test equipment including RF sources, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers, noise figure analyzers, power meters, power supplies, and digital multi-meters
- Solid understanding of core RF test and measurement methodologies such as Spectrum Analysis, Network Analysis, Complex Modulation and Demodulation, Noise Figure, DC measurements
- Experience measuring gain, P1dB, IP3, IP2, ACPR, EVM, Efficiency, Harmonics, Switching Speed, Return Loss, and Noise Figure on RF devices
- Experience developing product test solutions with systems from LTX/Credence, Teradyne, Aeroflex, National Instruments
- Experience using data analysis tools such as JMP or Spotfire
- Experience with standards like Ultra-wideband, Matter, Thread, Zigbee and/or Bluetooth
- Knowledgeable in TCP/IP, GPIB, I2C, MIPI, SPI and JTAG communications
- Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering required
- 3 to 5 years of experience preferred
