Senior Associate, Real Estate Value Advisory

Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Real Estate Value Advisory team, which focuses on providing high-quality real estate valuation advice to a diverse client base, including property companies, institutional investors, and government offices. This full-time role offers an opportunity to engage with a variety of client engagements and collaborate closely with our Audit practice, assessing valuation methodologies and assumptions integral to financial statement audits.
Job Duties:- Review real estate asset valuations for a range of commercial, residential, and development properties across the UK and European markets for audit purposes.
- Develop knowledge of market trends and technical valuation approaches in various real estate sectors while gaining exposure to diverse client situations.
- Support the preparation of real estate valuations and specialist advice for tax or business valuations, transactional due diligence, and other advisory assignments.
- Build networks and collaborate with peers in the company network, including firms in the UK, Middle East, and Ireland.
- Prepare clear, concise reports, presentations, and client deliverables that translate complex valuation matters into practical insights for clients and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the delivery of complex assignments while developing technical, commercial, and leadership skills.
- Assist in business development activities, identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in client presentations.
- Support engagement operations, including project planning, budgeting, quality control, and relationship management.
- RICS qualified, working towards RICS qualification, or qualified in a relevant professional discipline in real estate, valuation, or finance.
- Good knowledge of UK and European commercial real estate markets.
- Technical knowledge and practical experience in commercial real estate valuation.
- Familiarity with real estate valuation software such as Argus Enterprise, Argus Developer, or MRI.
