Job Description
What is the opportunity?

This is an exciting opportunity to support the continuous improvement of our customers' digital experience. You will proactively drive improvements to content and process, and work with colleagues to inform and educate, demonstrating clear benefits of an optimised digital experience!

The successful candidate can be based in Belfast, Bristol or London.

In this role, you will:
  • Have day to day responsibility for accurately publishing our web content in line with our agreed risk and compliance procedures
  • Work with our UX Lead to recommend strategic and tactical change to improve site performance
  • Support and educate our stakeholder network on SEO and Accessibility best practice to ensure web content requests meet our standards
  • Support cross channel activity
  • Work closely with stakeholders and team members to deliver positive customer experience and champion our digital services to the wider organisation

  • Experience of using WordPress or similar content management systems
  • Great attention to detail and strong organisation skills
  • A great communicator with good interpersonal skills

The Digital, Data & Strategic Reporting (DDAS)is responsible for generating customer and market insights, through a centralised data, digital and analytics team, that enables the business units to best manage their position in the market.

It also delivers additional cross-BOI UK activities, such as UK Brand Management, Strategy Marketing, Strategy Execution reporting and has responsibility for the CEO Office.
