Senior Associate, Corporate

The firm

A national full service law firm with offices across the UK, acting for a wide mix of businesses, lenders, developers and public sector clients.

The role

A broad corporate transactional role. You will run and support M&A, private equity investments and exits, equity capital markets work, joint ventures and reorganisations. You will own matters, support partners on higher value deals, mentor junior lawyers, build client relationships and help win new work. Business development coaching, a clear promotion process and good know how support are all in place.

What you will need

At least five years PQE with broad corporate experience. Strong technical ability, commercial sense and negotiation skills, and the ability to mentor and manage relationships.
