Senior Associate, Clean Energy Project Finance

TLT LLP seeks a Senior Associate to join the Banking, Future Energy team in Bristol or London on a full time, flexible working basis. The team advises on clean energy finance and related facilities, with a diverse mix of partners, associates and trainees, across the UK.

The role involves drafting and negotiating complex finance documents, supervising junior lawyers, and supporting business development within a leading energy practice.
