Senior Associate - Renewable Energy M&A

TLT LLP is seeking a senior solicitor to lead within its Corporate Future Energy team. You will handle high level M&A transactions across renewables with a focus on wind, solar, battery and related assets, negotiating complex documents and managing deal execution.

You will engage with clients in a fast paced, collaborative environment, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development and client relationship management within the Future Energy practice.
