Senior Associate - Offshore Corporate & Funds Law

Mourant Services (Guernsey) Limited in Guernsey seeks a Senior Associate to join its offshore practice, advising on corporate, business and finance, regulatory, insolvency, restructuring, IP and funds work for local and international clients.

You will own matters, build client relationships, lead transaction teams and mentor junior colleagues, while delivering pragmatic advice in a collaborative environment.
