Senior Associate - Construction & Projects Transactions

Clyde & Co is seeking a Senior Associate for its Projects & Construction team in London. The role focuses on transactional construction work, including drafting and negotiating building contracts (JCT/NEC/bespoke), EPC contracts, and related documentation.

You will support on project financings and corporate transactions, provide procurement strategies, and negotiate on behalf of employers, developers and funders. Collaboration across real estate, energy and finance teams is essential.
