Senior Asset Manager: Regeneration & Placemaking Leader

Pembrokeshire County Council is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to lead the asset management and placemaking delivery of regeneration projects, providing strategic advice and ensuring successful outcomes.

You will act as a client-side professional, managing projects from a property and asset management perspective, aligned with objectives, best practice and regulatory requirements.

A driving license is required; salary Grade 9 (£41,771-£46,142), 37 hours per week, based in Pembrokeshire.
