Senior Asset Manager - Housing Regeneration & Strategy

Poplar HARCA is an award-winning housing and regeneration organisation seeking a Senior Asset Manager to lead the Asset Investment team in delivering planned maintenance, major works and cyclical decoration across our housing stock.

You will manage stock condition data, develop capital investment strategies, and oversee budgets, forecasting and procurement to ensure value-for-money delivery that keeps residents safe, warm and dry.
