The Role

As Senior Architectural Technologist, you'll be a key figure in shaping the technical capability of the new Manchester office. You'll work closely with senior leadership, influence delivery standards, and take ownership of complex project packages from early stages through to site.

This is not a back room role - you'll be central to the studio's growth, culture, and reputation.

You will:

• Lead technical design and coordination across multiple project stages
• Produce high quality detailed drawing packages
• Work closely with consultants, contractors, and internal design teams
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and best practice
• Attend site, resolve technical challenges, and maintain design integrity
• Mentor junior team members as the studio grows
• Help shape delivery processes and technical standards from day one

What They're Looking For

• 7+ years' experience as an Architectural Technologist
• Strong technical delivery background with real world project experience
• Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD
• A passion for buildability, detail, and coordination
• Confidence working independently and leading technical packages
• Someone who thrives in a growing, ambitious environment
