A leading, design-focused architectural practice is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technician to join their dynamic team in Hertfordshire. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative projects across a wide range of sectors, with a strong emphasis on quality, creativity, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and managing high-quality technical drawings and documentation.
• Collaborating with architects, designers, and external consultants.
• Leading technical coordination across multiple disciplines.
• Ensuring compliance with planning, building regulations, and health & safety requirements.
• Supporting project delivery at all stages, including site coordination and problem-solving.
• Mentoring junior staff and contributing to best practice within the technical team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Architectural Technician within an architectural or design-led environment.
• A degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
• Excellent proficiency in Revit
• Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
