Job Description
A leading architectural studio specialising in residential, commercial, hospitality and retail projects is seeking to recruit an Architect / Project Lead to join the team in South Dublin.
We're looking for a talented RIAI Registered Architect with 10 years' experience in the residential, commercial, and retail sectors. You'll manage projects from design to completion, working with a small team, liaising with clients and ensuring projects are compliant with current regulation.

Key Responsibilities- Lead design and execution across multiple sectors
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring quality and delivery
- Work with a small team to create technical drawings and specifications
- Monitor projects from planning through to construction
- Ensure adherence to building codes and regulations
- RIAI Registered Architect with 10 years+ experience
- Strong background in residential, commercial, mixed-use, and retail is desirable
- Proficient in BIM (ArchiCAD / Revit)
- Project management experience from concept to completion
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of building codes and regulations
- Passion for innovative and sustainable design
- Must hold eligibility to work in Ireland
