Senior Architect

We are recruiting a Senior Architect on behalf of a growing residential developer based in Dublin, delivering housing and apartment developments across the Greater Dublin Area.

This role offers the opportunity to work across the full project lifecycle, from planning and design through to construction and handover, while collaborating directly with directors, consultants and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead residential projects from concept through to completion.
• Prepare and review technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and external stakeholders.
• Attend site inspections and support project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with Irish Planning and Building Regulations.
• Assist with planning applications and statutory submissions.

Requirements

• RIAI Registered Architect.
• 8+ years' experience in Ireland.
• Strong technical and construction detailing skills.
• Experience delivering residential developments.
• Excellent knowledge of Irish Planning and Building Regulations.
• Fluent English and eligibility to work in Ireland.
