Senior Architect

Konker is recruiting for a dynamic, forward-thinking RIBA chartered practice who are seeking an outgoing, work-winning technical Architect to join their Leeds office.This architectural practice was founded with the aim to support infrastructure across the commercial sector. Since opening two other UK offices, they now support a variety of sectors and offer a range of services across the UK.Are you ready to take on the delivery of technically complex projects across a range of sectors?The role will involve leading and contributing to:

• A residential care scheme
• Commercial office projects
• Bespoke one-off private homes
• National retail refurbishment projects

To name a few!As a Senior Architect you will have full responsibility for projects, covering all RIBA Stages, with a clear progression pathway to management level following a successful probationary period (if desired).You must have experience delivering complex projects, a good knowledge of Building Regulations, CDM, British standards and the Building Safety Act. Plus, the ability to confidently lead technical delivery while reviewing others' work.Being highly proficient in Revit, having a proactive approach and showing commitment to supporting and developing your team is desirable.What's on offer:
