This full-scope Architect role at Cardiff Head Office is with an award-winning RIBA Chartered practice. This design and build practice offers a full 360 package including Architecture, Construction, and Interior Design.

You will like

The Senior Architect position involves joining a practice dedicated to providing exceptional service across the UK, mainly focusing on London and the South West. The core work includes conversion, extension, renovation, and new building design, leading to new business growth for the next two years.

As an experienced Senior Architect, you will focus on high-end residential and some commercial projects, conducting measured surveys and client design sessions. You should be confident in client meetings, presenting detailed design packages, and liaising with consultants and contractors.

You will have

RIBA certification and a minimum of 5 years' experience in residential and commercial projects.

You will need to use initiative and be ready to join this successful team!

A competitive salary of £45K-£55K + package.
