Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design delivery on multiple projects simultaneously
• Produce and coordinate high-quality technical drawing packages using Revit
• Manage BIM coordination and collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams
• Prepare planning, tender, statutory, and construction documentation
• Oversee project delivery from feasibility through to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations and industry standards
• Mentor junior architectural staff and support team development
• Attend client meetings, design workshops, and site inspections
• Support design management processes across large-scale programmes

Candidate Requirements Essential

• Degree in Architecture (RIAI / ARB accredited or equivalent)
• Minimum 8+ years' post-graduate professional experience
• Strong experience delivering projects in Ireland and/or the UK
• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit (essential)
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams
• Excellent understanding of Irish Building Regulations and planning processes
• Proven ability to manage projects through all work stages
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
