Working within a global network, you will help optimize inventory, improve supply performance, and support the delivery of life-changing products to patients around the world.The role involves close collaboration with manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and cross-functional partners across EMEA, North America, and Asia Pacific.The Supply Planning Lead is responsible for scenario planning, data flow management, capacity planning, inventory management, resource allocation, product deployment, maintaining planning parameters, STEM escalation & resolution, and annual business planning cycle including spend management DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Under general direction and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:Drive continuous improvements in the end to end supply chain via value stream mapping and detailed analysis of business information to develop tactical and strategic improvement initiatives.
