Senior Analyst, Data Science & Engineering 
The Senior Analyst role at StepStone Group involves maintaining and developing their portfolio management system. You will analyze data to drive business improvements and work closely with team members on various projects. What You'll Do- Analyze data to improve product development and business strategies
- Develop tools to monitor data accuracy and model performance
- Create dashboards and reports for data insights
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide analysis
- Identify areas for improvement in processes
- Support team members during their absences
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field like Computer Science or Data Analytics
- 2+ years of experience in a coding environment
- Strong programming skills, especially in T-SQL and VBA
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple projects
