Overview

PURPOSE & IMPACT

The Senior Analyst drives data integrity and accuracy and ensures smooth operations together with valuable reporting and insights across the HR technology landscape, with a primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors. They partner with the broader HR community to champion a data-first mindset and support operational excellence, which are key pillars within the HR strategy and critical to deliver value to Nomad Foods.

Passionate about data and systems, with strong attention to detail and curiosity, the ideal candidate is a critical thinker and keen problem solver who enjoys analytical work, as well as having a strong customer-service mindset and great communication skills. They excel at translating technical information and instructions into effective messages understandable to a variety of-users, and competently partner with them to identify and address their requirements and challenges.

They are proactive, adaptable, comfortable with ambiguity and change, but also methodical and process-orientated.

A robust team player, equally capable of working autonomously with a strong sense of accountability, they pride themselves of upholding and championing data integrity, accuracy and governance standards, and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and technical support for SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Compensation, Performance, and Time Management modules
  • Act as first-line support for HRIS queries and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (local HR teams, other HRIS colleagues, IT department) to resolve issues, escalating if needed
  • Proactively manage shared HRIS inbox within SLA timeframes, demonstrating excellent customer service
  • Partner with relevant COE to ensure smooth delivery of cyclical activities (e.g. salary review, performance management), including any annual update
  • Support testing and deployment of SAP standard features through planned periodical releases
  • Gather knowledge of other HR technology tools, platform and systems as required to support local HR teams, particularly if there are interdependencies (e.g. integrations/interfaces) or overlaps with SAP SF
  • Perform other tasks as reasonably requested

Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis

  • Lead investigations and root cause analysis system or data issues
  • Identify and advise on best practices and fit-for-purpose solutions, and partner with relevant stakeholders to determine the best course of action
  • Work with internal IT department and third-party suppliers to resolve system errors and incidents

System Development & Continuous Improvement

  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and put forward actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate with the HRIS Transformation Project team, local HR teams, internal IT and external partners to deliver any planned system improvements, acting as a trusted SME in respect of current system configuration, use, and processes
  • For the assigned HRIS Transformation Project workstreams, provide input into design and configuration decisions and lead other activities such as testing, downstream impact analysis, and embedding change into BAU practices
  • Continue to drive enhancements post-project to embed long-term value
  • Create and execute test scripts for new system features, patches, and upgrades. Document test results and ensure issues are tracked and resolved before deployment

Data, Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain SAP SuccessFactors reports for both operational and management reporting needs, automating and simplifying access to information as much as possible
  • Gather, cleanse, manipulate and analyse data from both SAP SF and other sources to provide timely and accurate HR data and insight to the relevant stakeholders
  • Contribute to develop and deliver HR dashboards and insights, in partnership with COE colleagues

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure system configuration and processes are globally consistent while complying with local legislation, and provide advice on how to balance global standardisation with local needs
  • Support data governance and provide evidence for quarterly SOX controls
  • Periodically conduct or lead/coordinate comprehensive data audit
  • Champion data integrity, accuracy, and compliance to SOX, GDPR and any applicable internal governance, ensuring they are embedded by design in all HR technology tool, activity, or process

HR Technology & Data Ambassador

  • Translate technical information and instructions into clear, user-friendly communications for HR and business users
  • Develop, maintain and deliver appropriate guides, documentation and training materials/sessions for both HR and general employee population, to ensure effective system adoption and reduce support queries
  • Establish effective two-ways communication with local HR teams, to disseminate system knowledge and gain better understanding of local practices and needs
