We are looking for a Senior Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer to join a revolutionary MEMS company at their site in Delft.
As a Senior Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer your responsibilities will include:
- Architect & implement AMS circuit blocks, ensuring design objectives are met across performance, power, & area.
- Perform pre- & post-layout simulations, including corner, Monte Carlo, & noise analysis.
- Lead integration of analog IP into complex SoCs, ensuring seamless interaction with digital logic.
- Collaborate with layout engineers to translate designs into optimized physical implementations.
- Document specifications & design flows, & lead technical reviews.
- Assist with silicon evaluation, debugging, & performance optimization in lab settings.
- Work closely with test & product teams to enable smooth handoff from design to manufacturing.
As a Senior Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer your skills will include:
- Master's or PhD in Electrical or Microelectronics Engineering or related scientific field
- Certified as a safety specialist or equivalent qualification
- 4+ years (MSC) or 2+ years (PhD) in industry experience with silicon-proven AMS circuits
- In-depth experience with CMOS analog building blocks such as PLLs, ADCs, LDOs, oscillators, & bandgap references
- Proficient with industry-standard tools (e.g., Cadence, Spectre, Verilog-A, MATLAB)
- Skilled in layout verification & guiding layout teams for optimal performance
- Experience in high-accuracy or low-power design techniques (e.g., subthreshold design, MEMS interfaces).
- Familiarity with lab instrumentation & post-silicon characterization.
