Senior AML Compliance Lead & Deputy MLRO

Thomas & Dessain is seeking an experienced compliance professional to advance financial crime prevention. You will strengthen AML/CFT frameworks, support regulatory compliance, and deputise for the MLRO when required.

Working with senior compliance leaders, you will guide the business on sanctions and high-risk client matters, oversee SARs and regulatory reporting, and help ensure ongoing compliance with Jersey's evolving regulatory framework.
