Responsibilities

As a Senior Air Conditioning Engineer, you will:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee the supply, installation, and maintenance of air conditioning systems, including single and multi-splits, for both commercial and domestic clients.
• Ensure compliance with F-Gas regulations and industry standards.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Conduct site surveys, prepare reports, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the air conditioning industry.
• Proven experience as a team leader or senior engineer, with strong managerial skills.
• F-Gas certification and a thorough understanding of industry regulations.
• Expertise in both commercial and domestic air conditioning systems.
• A full UK driving license.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Day-to-Day

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Leading and mentoring a team of engineers to ensure smooth operations.
• Installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems for a variety of clients.
• Managing project timelines and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Conducting regular inspections and troubleshooting system issues.
