Senior AI SaaS Customer Success Lead: Scale & Revenue

ElevenLabs is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Europe to scale onboarding and adoption across a broad portfolio of accounts. You will drive renewal and expansion opportunities while guiding customers through web, mobile, and backend deployments.

You will partner with Sales, Engineering and CS leadership to translate technical success into durable revenue growth across a rapidly growing AI/ML platform.
