Senior AI Engineer: Production-Grade AI Leader + Equity

Stakemate is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to scale our AI from experiments to a production-ready capability. You'll work with the CTO and business units to identify high-value AI opportunities, shape the platform, and drive agents from proof-of-concept to production while establishing governance and safety standards.

You will own the technical direction, build scalable agent frameworks, and ensure cost, latency, and output quality remain optimal as we grow in a live betting product environment.
