Senior AI Engineer (m/f/d) - Berlin

Salary: 60.000 - 90.000 € per year

• We seek candidates with a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field; a business/innovation background is a plus. You should have 5-7 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or solution architecture. Proven expertise in Python and AI/LLM frameworks (e.g., LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow) is essential. A strong knowledge of external AI models and services (OpenAI, Vertex, Claude, etc.) is required. You should also have experience with cloud-native architectures (preferably Azure), microservices, APIs, and containerized environments. Familiarity with knowledge graph technologies and data architectures is beneficial. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business needs, are important. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

• As a Senior AI Engineer in our Technology & Innovation department, you will have key responsibilities including:
• Building AI solutions that support developers in refactoring, documentation, and legacy transformation.
• Integrating external AI services to enhance Riverty's products and services, making them better, faster, and more human-centric.
• Enhancing our AI platform capabilities with LLMs, knowledge graphs, APIs, and agent-based workflows.
• Creating prototypes and proof-of-concepts to quickly demonstrate value and drive adoption.
• Delivering production-grade AI services on Azure, ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance.
• Tackling challenges hands-on and collaborating with external partners to accelerate innovation.
