This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *embedding agile practices, and coaching teams and leaders in 12-week focused cycles to drive measurable improvements.

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Agile Coach to support their FinTech unit during an ongoing Agile transformation. You'll co-deliver training, embed agile practices, and coach teams and leaders in 12-week focused cycles to drive measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and embed baseline Agile training with teams and leaders.

• Coach multiple teams through 12-week transformation cycles.

• Create coaching plans with clear measures of success.

• Track and report coaching impact across teams.

• Support leadership training and transformation communications.

• Collaborate with internal coaches and contribute to the coaching community.

Requirements

• 5-8 years Agile Coaching (or related Product/Engineering/Delivery experience).

• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience running training sessions (including Training from the Back of the Room).

• Knowledge of scaled facilitation (eg, Liberating Structures).

• Deep understanding of Agile values, principles, and frameworks.

• Background in Product/Engineering a plus.
