Senior Aerospace Manufacturing Operations Leader

Mirus Aircraft Seating Limited is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to own the manufacturing facility's performance. You will lead Production, Warehouse and Manufacturing Engineering, establishing KPIs and driving Lean methods to deliver safety, quality and on-time delivery.

You will shape the operational organisation to support rapid growth, build high-performing teams and ensure compliance with aerospace and regulatory requirements. A hands-on, commercially aware leader is required.
