Senior Advanced Solutions Lead - Water Proposals

MWH Treatment is seeking an Advanced Solutions Lead to join our Proposals team, focusing on innovative solutions in water treatment projects. You will lead multidisciplinary teams in the development of standardised, sustainable solutions, partnering closely with regional leads and the Central Proposals Team.

The successful candidate will possess a degree in an Engineering Discipline, UK Water Industry experience, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills. This role emphasizes client relations, technical governance, and the management of project delivery strategies.
