A local authority based in Greater Manchester is seeking a Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer for an initial period of nine months, starting in March.
The role is hybrid; candidates with relevant experience may work wholly remote. You must have previous experience in this area and a current practising certificate to be considered.
The Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer will advise on all aspects of adult social care law, including community care and human rights assessments, court applications under the Mental Health Act, applications to the Court of Protection, eligibility cases, NRPF, judicial reviews and ordinary residence.
Payment is £65 per umbrella. This full time role is 37 hours per week. Previous local government experience is highly advantageous.
