Senior Ads Policy Lead: Global Risk & Compliance

Reddit is seeking an experienced Ads Policy Lead to drive the research and development of large-scale advertising policies for its global platform. This senior individual contributor role collaborates with Legal, Sales, Operations, Product, and Trust & Safety to enable responsible business opportunities.

You will own policy drafting, risk assessments, and complex issue resolutions, reporting to the Head of Ads Policy.
