Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Senior Administrator to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting daily operations, managing administrative tasks, order processing, data management and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This full time paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who already have strong office experience and proficient computer skills to contribute.

You must have over 3 years experience in a senior administrative role.

Duties
  • Manage and coordinate administrative processes to ensure operational effectiveness
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and written communication, demonstrating professional phone etiquette
  • Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping using programmes such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace
  • Organise meetings, appointments, and schedules for senior management and team members
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
  • Assist with invoicing, billing, and financial record management
  • Support various clerical tasks including filing, photocopying, and document management
  • Collaborate with different departments to streamline workflows and improve organisational procedures
Qualifications
  • Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative functions
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
  • Demonstrated clerical experience with data entry accuracy and organisational skills
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Good phone etiquette with clear communication skills
  • Experience in handling administrative responsibilities within a professional environment is desirable
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast paced setting
