Job Description
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including diary management and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes for follow-up actions.
- Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day office activities within the secretarial and business support department.
- Maintain accurate records and databases to assist in project tracking and reporting.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and helpful approach.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications for the leadership team.
- Support the coordination and execution of special projects as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Administrator should have:
- Experience in providing administrative support to senior management or leadership teams.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of or experience in the not-for-profit sector is advantageous.
