The Job Role

Administrative & Operations Support for the Irish sales department In Westcoast Ireland.

Candidate must have the ability to learn quickly and a methodical and logical approach.

Dealing with The Sales team and Customers, providing excellent service, and working to deadlines are also key skills, along with your ability to build relationships and in time deal comfortably with people over the phone.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting the Sales Account Managers with general administrative duties
  • Loading Purchase orders
  • Checking Delivery ETA's
  • Running Daily Back orders
  • Quoting up orders for sales team
  • Communicate with customers to a high standard both in writing and verbally
  • Always be an enthusiastic team player
  • Attending and contributing to meetings when requested
  • If required, assist the inbound team by answering incoming calls to Company standard.

  • A high level of computer skills including up to date and accurate data entry
  • A results driven approach to work
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Positive attitude and work well with a team
  • Good knowledge of Word, Excel and outlook
  • At least 4 years of experience performing administrative duties within an office environment, supporting daily business operations
