Senior Ad Monetisation Strategist

Kwalee in Leamington Spa is seeking a Senior Ad Monetisation Manager to grow ad revenue across our mobile and PC/Console portfolio, while keeping players happy. You'll own monetisation strategy, run A/B tests, mentor analysts, and build partnerships with ad networks to drive eCPM and ARPDAU.

You'll lead with hands-on ownership of the mediation stack and stay focused on player experience as revenue grows. This role is based onsite in Leamington Spa.
