Kwalee's Product & Growth team seeks a Lead Ad Monetisation Manager to grow ad revenue across our mobile portfolio while keeping players happy. You'll own monetisation strategy, optimize performance, and drive revenue through mediation and bidding optimisations, network mix, and geo strategy.

You'll work hands-on in the Leamington Spa studio, collaborating with product and producers to design formats and rewarded ads that players enjoy.
