Job Description
  • Model Management: Maintain and modernize all pricing and valuation models
  • Technical Liaison: Track software issues with Moody's and collaborate with IT on infrastructure, licensing, and technology updates.
  • Governance & Control: Enforce robust testing, documentation, and model controls to meet SOX and audit requirements.
  • Project Leadership: Lead the extension of models for IFRS 17 and US GAAP LDTI compliance and oversee final-stage model migrations.
  • Mentorship: Train and mentor team members to foster a high-performance, collaborative modeling environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 7+ years in life reserving, pricing, or related actuarial modeling.
  • Technical Expertise: Advanced AXIS development skills are mandatory. Proficiency in R, SQL, VBA, and IFRS 17 Link is highly desirable.
