The Senior Account Manager (Europe) is an essential role responsible for driving deep client relationships, advocating for and driving client success, retaining clients, and increasing client LTV for Mistplay, focusing on partners in the Europe region. Account Managers will own client outcomes and act as the key bridge between clients and the organization, liaising with internal teams to develop plans for optimal outcomes for clients and Mistplay.

What you'll do at Mistplay

  • Act as the main point of contact and manage the relationship with assigned clients.
  • Increase client value by promoting expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Own communication, escalate client feedback, and advocate for clients internally.
  • Drive retention and prevent client churn.
  • Identify opportunities and manage pipeline of upsells to drive client LTV.
  • Work closely with the Ad Operations team to identify opportunities to improve client performance and drive upsell opportunities.
  • Stay current on industry trends and client-specific news (acquisitions, new game launches, etc.).
  • Provide clients with feedback and insights to improve relationships.
  • Manage opportunities and communications via CRM.
  • Report to the Global Head of Sales & Account Management on pipeline, client trends, opportunities, and risks.

What you'll bring to Mistplay

  • 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Experience with and understanding of performance marketing.
  • A proven track record of managing profitable client relationships.
  • Outgoing with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with market research and prospecting tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic and passionate attitude.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales, retention, and upsell quotas.
  • Self-sufficient high performer who enjoys contributing to team success.
  • Experience in the mobile gaming or adtech market is a plus.
