As a Senior Account Manager, you'll be a vital part of our mission to ensure our clients thrive. You will have a direct impact on our company's growth by nurturing relationships and driving value for our most important asset: our customers.
Responsibilities- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their long term success and satisfaction.
- Drive product adoption and demonstrate value for existing accounts by developing and implementing tailored customer success strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision makers, acting as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their business goals.
- Collaborate with our product, engineering, and support teams at our London headquarters to ensure a seamless client experience and proactively address any challenges.
- Partner with clients to understand their evolving needs, finding new ways to expand the value Appcharge provides to them.
- 3 5 years of experience in a client facing B2B role, with a proven track record in account management within the gaming or mobile industries.
- Fluency in English.
- An analytical and data driven approach to understanding client needs and demonstrating product value.
- The ability to work independently and take full ownership of your accounts, from onboarding through renewal.
- Exceptional people skills and a passion for building long term partnerships and fostering client loyalty.
