Salary: 33,089 per annum
We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Senior Accommodation Officer to support the delivery of a high quality, safe and welcoming residential service for our students. In this role you will work with the Head of Accommodation and lead the day to day management of college accommodation, support staff, promote student welfare and safeguarding, and ensure full compliance with health, safety and accommodation regulations.

- Work with the Head of Accommodation and manage day to day operations of college accommodation.
- Lead and support staff, promote student welfare and safeguarding.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety and accommodation regulations.
- Experience as a senior professional in accommodation services.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills, with a people focused approach.
- Passion for student wellbeing and ability to thrive in a varied, operational environment.
- Well versed in safeguarding practices and compliance with relevant regulations.
