Senior Accommodation Officer - Brooksby College

We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Senior Accommodation Officer to support the delivery of a high quality, safe and welcoming residential service for our students.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Head of Accommodation and manage day to day operations of college accommodation.
• Lead and support accommodation staff.
• Promote student welfare and safeguarding.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety and accommodation regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experienced in student accommodation or related environment.
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Passionate about student wellbeing.
• Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Employment Conditions

The successful candidate will be employed by The Leicestershire College, a subsidiary of Loughborough College Group.

Employees are based at one of the Loughborough College Group campuses.
