SENDCo: Lead SEND Provision & Inclusive Education

A supportive secondary school in Chelmsford is seeking an experienced SENDCo to lead SEND provision and make a positive impact on students' lives. The successful candidate will oversee SEND strategy, work with staff and parents for quality support, and ensure ongoing staff training in SEND practices.
