SENDCo & Head of Learning Support - Champion of Inclusion

The Richard Pate School is seeking a SENDCo and Head of Learning Support to lead SEND provision across the school from January 2027. This full-time role is based in Cheltenham on a single-site, co-educational, independent day school.

You will have Qualified Teacher Status, experience delivering SEND in primary settings (EYFS-KS2), and be skilled at coordinating with staff, parents and external agencies. The package includes a competitive salary based on experience and on-site parking.
