Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver personalised learning plans for students with SEND
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, therapists, and support staff
- Create a nurturing, inclusive learning environment that supports the academic and social-emotional needs of students

- Maintain detailed records and provide regular progress updates
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified teacher status or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with students with SEND
- Demonstrable expertise in implementing evidence-based teaching strategies for SEND learners
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
