SEND Tribunals & Disputes Lead

North Yorkshire County Council seeks a Tribunal, Dispute Resolution and Complaints Lead to drive SEND tribunal appeals, complaints and dispute resolution for the SEND Assessment Service (0-25). You will coordinate complex cases, advise on SENDIST processes, and work with families, schools and partners to secure lawful outcomes.

You will supervise locality teams, ensure timely responses, and lead training to improve practice and governance across education, health and social care.
