SEND Transformation & Reform Lead

Hammersmith & Fulham Council is seeking an outstanding SEND Reforms Programme Lead to drive the next phase of SEND improvement across schools, health, and social care. You will lead strategic change, coordinate multi-agency partners, and deliver tangible improvements for children and families in the borough.

Based at 145 King Street, London, this 36-hour per week role is a temporary position with a closing date of 28 September 2026 and an interview on 5 October 2026.
