Are you a Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in a Primary School? We are recruiting for a SEND TA for one of our partner schools in Stratford-upon-Avon, they require someone on a full-time basis, starting in September.
This role involves providing support across the school, working with a range of pupils on both a general classroom and 1:1 basis. Working closely with class teachers and the wider SEND team, you will help deliver targeted interventions, encourage pupil engagement, and promote independence while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

As a Teaching Assistant you will be responsible for:- Supporting a child 1:1
- Provide general classroom support alongside the class teacher if required
- Assist with learning activities, behaviour support and engagement
- Promote inclusion and positive relationships
- Liaise with SENCO and outside agencies where necessary
- Follow the school's safeguarding and behaviour policies
- Teaching Assistant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification
- Experience working in a Primary School / Nursery School setting
- Passionate about providing a high level of SEND support
- £92.59- £100 per day, equating to £18,049 - £19,500 per annum based on full-time work
- Holiday Pay - 12.07% of your day rate is accrued into your holiday pot

This Teaching Assistant position is in Stratford-upon-Avon, easily commutable from most areas of Evesham, Alcester, Bidford-upon-Avon, Studley and Warwick, the school is well connected by public transport and offers onsite parking.
