Full Time Secondary SEND Teaching Assistant

We're looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school team in Milton Keynes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one to one and small group support for students with SEND.
• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across the curriculum.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and positive learning habits.
• Build strong, positive relationships with students, staff, and families.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience working with secondary aged students, preferably with SEND.
• Patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic.
• Strong communicator and effective team player.
• Motivated to make a meaningful difference in students' lives.
