SEND Teaching Assistant
Location: Solihull
SEN School - EYFS to KS2
Full Time Long term
£425- £500 - per week
We are seeking aSEND Teaching Assistantto join our dedicated team at ourspecialist SEN school, supporting pupils withcomplex needsacrossEYFS to Key Stage 2.
This is a varied and rewarding role, combiningclass-based TA supportwithsmall group work, working closely with teachers, therapists and the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, child-centred provision.
The Role:- Supporting pupils with a range ofcomplex special educational needs
- Working acrossEYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Adapting learning activities to meet individual needs
- Promoting communication, independence and emotional regulation
- Supporting personal care where required
- Experience working in aSEN setting, ideally with complex needs
- Strong understanding of theprimary curriculum
- Confident covering classes and leading learning
- Calm, patient and nurturing approach
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A supportive and experienced SEN team
